Wow! What a view!
I lived in Catania, Sicily as an exchange student when I was 17 and I remember looking at the window at a smoking Mt. Etna and my host mother saying something like, "Oh, don't worry - they can predict the eruptions. It's the earthquakes you have to worry about!" LOL. There was only one small quake while I was there, but there was also a small, several day eruption (that caused no damage) which was amazing!

Yes it is 4:22 and this is the first chance I've had to log on in a week.
To answer your QOTD: Right now Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff" is in my head since I heard it this morning duirng my workout. I tune into Pandora "Disco" for my workouts to get me moving.
Time since surgery 9+ mos.
B: Muscle Milk 100 (before workout)
Morning Snack: 1/2 fiber one English Muffin w/Peanut Butter,
L: Salad w/ chicken
D: Pork & vegetable stir fry
S: Yogurt or Yasso Bar
Met with my NUT last week, she wants me to add a little more fiber and up my calories a bit to see if that will get my metabolism moving again so I can get out of this way too long stall. Hopefully it works or it's back to yogurt and shakes all day. Something's gotta give.

Hmmm....is the upping your fiber just in general or something the NUT recommend specifically as a possible stall buster? Fiber is one I haven't paid much attention to/thought about much in a loooong time! Interesting....

Good Morning - I think I have been in denial about how much protein I am getting. So new plan today that is protein focused and not as reliant on processed sliced meat. I've gotten lazy. oops
Chai - 100
3 oz tuna with 1 T low fat ranch - 21/90
2 -LF yogurt - 22 - 160
1 protein shake with drop of min oil- 35 - 160
3.5 oz baked chicken with veggies - 21 - 200
1 V8 - 30
Carrots and celery with PB2 - - 5 -100
Lemon egg soup - 2 - 100
950 cals with 106 protein
