I know.. I am such a dick. I'm sorry- my daughter turned 18, went into the navy, graduated from boot camp the same day the Paris attacks happened, and then she got shipped off to Virginia, then deployed to the Persian Gulf (Bahrain). She got there Saturday morning. I have been alternately rocking and chanting in a dark corner and trying to be somewhat human. Not easy for a basket case like myself. How are you?
I'm good. I sent you a PM. Check your inbox.

I hate winter! Last week we got 30+ inches of snow. Plenty of exercise though - had to shovel for over 8 hours to get out and help DHs parents get out. DH just found out yesterday that his job is being terminated. I told him maybe it's a good time to move south. Doubt it though. Been here too long w/too many connections. I'm cold all the time now and haven't even had surgery yet. I'm afraid I'm really going to be in trouble.
Surgery Date June 3, 2016
HW: 329 W at first consult 290. SW 238, LW 128, CW 139
OH MY GOODNESS....you guys are killing me!!! I went from the beaches in Cali to Alaska 4.5 years ago....my 1st winter here it was -60.....yes, you are reading that correct -60....for 3 months straight....talk about cold!! And now sadly,...al of you in the lower 48 are getting all of our cold weather,....I would gladly take it back from you!!!! PS--I miss the beach and warm weather too! Since surgery I am struggleing to get warm!! I LOVE my mattress pad heater thingy mabober!
Oh goodness, I'd kill for 70 degree weather! We just had 3 feet of snow over a week ago & now most of it is gone, thank God! We had an entire season of snow in one day so when it got to 50 almost 60 degree weather guys were running around in shorts & T shirts.
I sure didn't like the interruption in my biking routine. I'm just not into the gym scene anymore. So my alternative was to shovel snow, it was a good workout! Hey did you know shoveling snow counted as a step? New one on me, so for those snow days I shoveled out my car, my neighbors car & some of the corners around my neighborhood. I got to do some good for other people & I got a workout in at the same time. Win, win all around.
I am glad I can go riding outside again. Rain I can deal with, snow, not so much.
