I went to the beach this last weekend, took Friday off and made it a longer weekend. We live in Oregon so the beach was a *****illy but it was wonderful. I love stormy days at the coast and I love the sun breaks that give the beautiful rainbows.
I walked a lot, yesterday walked and hiked 5 miles, the 2 days before were pretty comparable but yesterday I actually tracked it. My calves are letting me know today though. NO REGRETS. I feel great.

Hi all. I don't post often but I love reading this thread. I don't post my menu because it is the same pretty much every day, lol.I used to get Quest bars but since they changed the ingredients they make nauseous.
When I was at the Vitamin Shoppe a girl was buying these protein bars by the case. Alot of them. So I asked her about them and she told me that she and her family love them. She went on and on. So I had to try a few. Very pricey but delicious. They are called Combat Crunch by MusclePharm. I tried the peanut butter, cookies and cream, chocolate cookie dough and cinnamon twist. I like peanut butter the best, and I am not a peanut butter kind of gal. Oh and white chocolate raspberry. That one was awesome!
The stats on the bars are 210 calorieso and 20 grams of protein. I have them often. They are high in fiber too. They are like candy bars. Seriously.
