You sound like me! That's why I avoid protein bars! I've only had one in almost 4 years. Just a bit too much like the real thing for me!

Looks like the game was fun AV! I dont do protein bars or no sugar added sweets as they make me want candy bars and real sweets so I just stick to boring real food forms of protein instead. It is a miracle! Following White Doves great instructions I was able to post a picture at the tail end of Fridays photo post. I told hubby it is now his job to take a picture of me each week and send it to my tablet! He was laughing because I was SO excited when I got it to post! Post op 41 months and weight at 121.6 today. Exercise will be three miles about 10 with Lily and another mile before bed. I will also do 30 minutes on the bike. Congrats on being below goal too AV. Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added  L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese roll up 1/2 c caprese salad D 31/2 oz strip steak and 1/2 c green beans S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everyone and make some smart choices!

OK, Power Crunch are my favorite too... I like the Chocolate PB ones. Recently tried mint, they were pretty good, reminded me of a Girl Scout thin Mint cookie. They have some new Mocha latte flavor I didn't care for too much. I like the crunch in them and they aren't sickly sweet. I also like Kind Bars, I know they don't have tons of protein, I try to buy the ones that have at least 7g in a bar. No worse than eating nuts which don't have tons of protein either. I get plenty of protein in a day, and I am not eating them daily so I don't worry about it.

Can't take the super sweet ones that taste like candy bars. They make me nauseous...like Detour, or premier, or pure protein...

I love a gadget...and I am an easy sell... I just bought this bad boy because of the discussion on the VSG Board:

Insta Pot Pressure Cooker

What sold me? Yogurt. I love homemade yogurt, it is not hard to make, but it is a process. I am lazy...and I miss it. So batch of yogurt made overnight and it looks beautiful this AM. Obviously other things will happen in this thing...but yogurt...yummmmm
I do the heating on the stove, put it int he machine when it is the right temp with some 'starter' yogurt mixed in... close the lid, push the button...easy

B: Yogurt, 2 tbsp SF Homemade granola

S: Inspire Strawberry Protein Drink made with Cashew milk (Don't care for almond milk, but found I like Silk Cashew Milk...lower calorie, although no protein per se.

L: Small piece Lasagna (20g carb, 25g protein)

D: Steak, mushrooms and onions, spinach

S: Hot premier protein chocolate

E: 21 day fit extreme- arm day done! Moved up to the extreme 21 day fix just to change things up....

I LOVE the chocolate peanut butter power crunch bars.  They remind me of a nutty buddy bar, so yummy.
