Surgery tomorrow!
My surgery is tomorrow! So excited, anxious, nervous but mostly relief. I am finally getting a 2nd chance at life. I will NOT screw this up. I have wrapped my mind around this new life style. I am well aware that I WILL have ups and down, I WILL screw up, but I will NOT let that totally derail what I have worked so hard for. Come on 5:45 am tomorrow! Any last minute suggestions! 
Congratulations! This is a journey of our lives, permanent changes. It is about choices. Am I happy with the choices I am making on this journey? and if I am not, what am I willing to do to change. I try to take the negative self talk out of it.
Just follow the plan.

KEEP the positive attitude! You may have a moments where you think "what the heck did I do to myself?" but in six months when you have almost hit your goal or lost a significant amount of weight it will all be a distant memory! I am 8 months out almost to goal and I finally feel free for the first time in my life, it was and is all worth it. YOU ROCK IT!

Hi you and I had Surgery the same day !!! How are You??.. how's everything ?......I'm home , stiff and sore but the liquid pain meds help a lot, I never had any nausea I don't have any problem getting my water in and I've been sipping on warm broth and getting along fine. I've always hurt the most where they had the drain. Let me know how you're doing
