There are Still Ups and Downs - But this has changed my life forever!
The day my life was changed for the better was on Feb. 2nd, 2015. I am now coming up to my 1 year anniversary and I know that I am not perfect.. I still fall off the wagon every once in awhile and I am never perfect. I struggle with getting all my water in and I take all my vitamins 95% of the time. I am human and I know I will never be this perfect human being. All I know is that I take it one day at a time and I get up and try the best that I can everyday! As long as I focus on trying my best, being active with my family, and make sure that I am now living life without any regrets.
I started at 344 pounds and I am now 218 pounds. My weight loss journey is not over because my goal is to reach 150 pounds. However, I know it will take a lot of reminding that I am worth it and that I can do this!!!
Also - I have another milestone coming up on February 14th! This will be my first 1/2 marathon that I am going to strive to complete in under 4 hours. I know it will be tough... but I know I can do it!!
NEVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!! Even if you fall some days or even if you look back and say I am not perfect and I can not do this!! We are all human and have a strength inside of us to keep on going and to keep on striving to be the best we can be!!
Nice work!
