As an everyday weigher you have to not freak out over all the fluctuations. Last 2 days it was not in a happy place. +/- 2lbs I consider normal, I hit the +3 yesterday and today... rationally I can say why - things not moving through the system, went out to dinner last night.... but it is a battle of the mind not to freak out...just sayin'....

so excited for you and the plastics!! So proud of you for looking after you! You deserve it.
I do am an every day weigher, its a MUST for me. As for the +/- 2 lbs. Yup I am living that too. I go up and down my two pounds all the time. I don't sweat it. I eat and drink the same almost daily so I have yet to figure out why it does but I have a number in my head that if I go over that then I will start to freak out (for me its 125 lbs) today I weighed 121, but I just started Aunt Flo and I go down when I start it and tend to go up a week or so before it. Go figure! The body is weird. But for me as long as I am eating my 100 grams of protein daily and drinking a ton of water (tea/coffee) and exercising I don't stress about the +/- 2 lbs.
