Ok, I'm finally uploading a pic. I took it this week before my 6 week appt. I've lost 70 pounds and about 1/2 way done. Hopefully the bathroom isnt too messy. I'm not a selfie taker- lol
This weekend we are moving into our new vintage/jewelry spot in a new shop that opens Feb 1.
Sunday I'm working on a greeting card order I got.
My first time posting my eats...Hope it helps my get off my last bit of weight.
B: 100 grams French toast Eggbeaters with a 1/4 banana and 1 tbsp. psyllium husk
L: turkey pepperoni stick and a fruit and nut kind bar
S: Pintys chicken breast with steamed green beans, 1 tsp butter
Snack: Premiere chocolate protein shake heated with peppermint flavouring
Totals: my fitness pal says Cal: 878 Protein: 75g Carbs: 80
I work all weekend so will be packing a lots of good choices. Spent my one day off today running my youngest to appts and shopping, managed to get my nails done. That's it. Have a great one!
