What's your favorite smoothie?
I toss about 1/4 cup of frozen fruit or a 1/4-1/5 of a frozen banana (so 1 banana would do 4-5 shakes) in a protein shake from time to time... I use that as a breakfast on days I don't feel like eating or need to get out the door. Usually I'll use SF Flavorings to add flavor/sweet for less cals/carbs but a few frozen cherries or a couple of strawberries... Yum! Jus****ch those liquid cals in any form... especially if you are not using them as a meal replacement... easy to suck down several hundred cals and thwart your weight loss efforts.
For me and my journey I needed to ax a few things... bread, pasta, chips, crackers, white potatoes, rice,... those I had no control over fruit I'm keeping ;) in moderation. YMMV.
P.S. I love a hunk of frozen banana in a Chike Coffee Protein Shake in the summer triple digits it was my savior.
