What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Hello,
I love reading these threads. I have not really posted much though.
I love coffee. I like a cup of black coffee in the mornings not to strong with cinnamon.
Every other day or so I buy 1 or two shots of espresso and ad my premier protein drink to it because those are just getting so sweet by themselves and I like the coffee flavor.
Today I have not really stuck to a "meal plan"
I had protein drink/coffee for breakfast
Lunch will be turkey bacon/cheese sandwich (Dave thin slice bread) or turkey bacon cheese salad I have both not sure which one it will be.
chicken jerkey for snack
No sure what dinner will be yet.
Im really interested in trying the black bean noodles and the chili lime turkey burger I saw in previous threads.
That sounds amazing.
My surgery date was 9/1/2015 starting weight 258 current weight 203 total 55lbs down.
I think I need to pay more attention to my calories and carbs.
