Right there with you Snow! I LOVE flavoured coffee and going into my local coffee pod store is like a free for all for me! I love how they have seasonal flavours and I kinda go wild there. My go to is VanHoutte Vanilla Hazelnut, but I pretty much will drink any flavoured coffee. Love in the Fall they bring out the PUMPKIN SPICE flavour, AV can I get a wha what!!
Vanilla cream puff sounds amazing!!!
i have blueberry muffin and chocolate glazed donuts...they are all very good. i like to make an iced coffee with one and a premier protein shake with a splash of sugar free flavored syrup. AMAZING

Morning, yesterday's post was awesome! We need more fun QOTD!!! Was great to see all the "regular" gals and all the new ladies sharing your lives, thanks everyone!
Coffee... A MUST, no if's and's or but's!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE flavoured coffee, and like you AV I don't like the flavoured creamers, just flavoured coffee. I drink for SURE two a day, some days three and on weekends more like four. During the week I make a Vanilla Hazelnut coffee with lactose milk (hubby is lactose intolerant so I just use what he buys) and one Splenda I drink that on my drive into work. When I get to work I am on autopilot to Starbucks (there is one on the ground floor of the hospital I work at, kinda dangerous right, ha ha ha), I do the "order on my phone app" and put in my order for a Skinny Caramel Macchaito as I am walking into the building tres convenient!!!! Then sometimes in the evening after dinner I will have another coffee before bed (the caffeine does not affect my sleep at all). So safe to say I am super PRO COFFEE! Oh and I love tea too, flavoured herbal teas are my fav. I currently have a box of Celestial Seasoning "Raspberry Zinger" on my desk. I drink about four tea's a day at my desk of that.

10+ years post op, living & loving life!
I got confused about what day it is -- partly because of the snow closings at work earlier this week and the fact that I've been working from home for two weeks -- and posted in yesterday's post.
My morning coffee has become my breakfast, as I add chocolate protein powder to it. So it's lactaid, protein powder, and some type of sugar-free flavor syrup. Otherwise, it's milk and Splenda.

Here's the menu I thought I was posting in the right place:

Ahhhh...Coffee. I am both a coffee and tea drinker. I am like you Coffee with half and half no sweetener, iced coffee- half and half with sweetener. I do differ though if I want a flavored coffee I prefer to use creamer or SF Torani syrups rather than flavored coffee itself. I have a Rivo which is made by Keurig and it is for making expressos and lattes. OMG they are so good. My neighbor's daughter will text me, "At Starbucks having a latte, yours are better." Love that machine.
I have 2 go-tos at Starbucks these days. If I want tea or don't want to spend as much money "Venti Earl grey - 2 bags -steamed milk" or my coffee lately, "Grande Flat White extra hot, 2 pumps SF Caramel or Cinnamon Dolce and 1 pump SF Vanilla, stirred." Flat white is sort of like a latte but they use different coffee to make it. Love it. My son used to work at Starbucks so his advice is - never get a venti in coffee because they still only put 2 s******presso it, standard is always 4 pumps syrup which is usually too sweet, ask for 3, and if it is busy they are not required to stir it unless you ask.
OK my food has been all over... not happy. Don't eat all morning (drink) and then eating too many times at night/too close together.
B: Some type liquid protein- haven't had yet. :(
S: eggsalad
L: chicken soup
S: small bag trail mix or bar - maybe
D: IKEA swedish meatballs - I think meeting someone there.
S: Hot premier protein

Coffee, unfortunately coffee is a laxative for me. I can't tolerate it unless I'm close to a bathroom!! However I'm happy to announce my stall let up and I lost 4 lbs this week thank goodness I had to let up on the yogurt! I think I was getting addicted to it 4 per day now I only allow myself one! Its made a huge difference. Thank you everyone

Not feeling well. Up all night with dry heaves/frothies and horrible pain in my right lower back. I already have an appt with my surgeon in a little bit. For Nausea and this just takes the cake.
Not sure if the ground beef from the freezer was bad or what. It was a night from hell and I prayed to die at one point. I do not have a gall bladder so I am hoping my ulcer has not come back. Just feeling like a turd today!! Dizzy and weak.
What I ate yesterday.
Egg Puff
Turkey Burger Velveeta tomato and wrapped in a lettuce leaf
Sloppy Joe type beef in a lettuce leaf.
Too many veggies? Bad beef? I dunno I am puzzled
