the Protein hot chocolate from Nashua Nutrition are the BOMB!  I get the "Health Smart" brand. I drink them daily.  They taste exactly like a regular hot chocolate. I really hope you like them as much as I do!  Its nice to have a "chocolate" treat with protein and as a drink, its a win-win!  My husband actually likes them too, so tells you they do taste good!

I like it!  The first time I had it I though it was pretty sweet, but have gotten used to it I guess :)  I like the calorie count on it though

Good Morning! I wish I liked coffee, I just don't. I tried in collage. I tried in law school. I tired in grad school. I tried when I had a new born. It just won't happen. I am a energy drink fan though. This is going to sound totally crazy, but I bought a reusable Starbucks cup and dump my energy drinks in there if I want to take one to a meeting. I sit in meetings with lots of important people, who either have their reusable water bottle or Starbucks cup. When in Rome, right? :) but really I just feel like a can of monster in front of me doesn't set the right "tone"...

I finally made it to SkyRobics last night, it was a lot of fun! It was a good workout, I was pretty tired by the end. I did realize I now have a bit of a "mom bladder" from having two kids, and had to stop and use the restroom...I would definitely go again!

Time since surgery: almost 11 months

B: Chorizo egg muffin, LC light Swiss wedge
S1: Ellie Quark Yogurt
L: Tuna salad kit, LC light Swiss wedge
S2: Beef stick, cheese stick
D: TBD - my son and I are going to a "Kids in the Kitchen" event at his school where a "healthy dinner will be provided", so I'm not sure what that means...

Totals TBD after I figure out what's for dinner. Hope everyone has a great day!!

Oh man I used to kind of give my mom a little heck about her "Mom bladder", now I have it horribly and can't do a damn jumping jack without peeing myself!!  UGH  Pay back is a ***** I guess

I love that you smuggle your Monster energy drink into meetings LOL. I think you're right though - probably wouldn't project the right image.

How do I take my coffee-- I don't. Don't drink coffee, never even tasted it. I think it smells obnoxious. I don't drink tea either. That being said-- was a huge juice drinker before (any kind, orange, apple, grapefruit-- anything as long as it wasn'****er). I've been craving juice again-- I usually drink a diet snapple when the urges get bad, and I keep Gatorade G2 on hand for leg cramps. Sugar free Popsicles also work. Juice is a slippery slope for me-- I drank WAY to many calories-- no way can I go down that road. Considering I'm glad i never drank coffee- which I'm sure I would have loaded with sugar. 

Oh- and i can't wait for photo Friday-- I got my new wigs-- I branched out from my norm with color-- I was feeling like Jessica Rabbit yesterday :-)

M1: 1/3c oatmeal, 3/4 milk, 1 boiled egg, 1 boiled egg white

M2: cheese stick and cashews 

M3 Chile-lime turkey burger w/ cheese

M4: ?? headed to the market @ lunch

BTW the scallops in mushroom/cheese sauce that I got from trader joes-- I couldn't even try them. It smelled so obnoxious-- I thought I was going to be sick from the aroma alone. I refused to try them-- hubby ate it and liked it though.
