Last night at support group I publicly vowed to stay away from chocolate for an entire month. So no candy jars for me either... One day at a time, right?!

Right after I said it, someone yelled out, "no chocolate over Valentine's Day?". Ugh. Hadn't thought of that!

Good morning everyone! Supposed to be a nice day in Illinois so Lily and I will do 3.2 miles at the park early afternoon and another 1.2 after dinner. I will also spend 30 minutes pedaling my heart out on the bike at some point. So happy to be off that dang treadmill!! Post op 41 months today and weight at 121.4. Here's the plan for eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c sloppy Joe meat 1/2 c wax beans D 31/2 oz shrimp 1/2 c sweet potatoes with cinnamon I'll make shrimp Alfredo for hubby S Greek yogurt. Have a great day full of amazingly smart choices everyone!
I guess I am WRONG then, I do not drink coffee, or tea or anything "fun" HAHAHA Jus****er and Crystal Light up in here.
I went for a walk this morning before work,it was 13 degrees, but I worse fleece leggings under my "wind breaker" pants, the cold weather socks I just bought, and it wasnt all that bad!
9 3/4 months since surgery
B: 1c Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Milk chocolate, 1/2 pack Level thrive premium lifestyle mix (UGH a friend has me trying THRIVE for 3 days, she says it is AMAZING, and I will have so much energy blah blah blah....whatever lady)
L: 2c Romaine, 2.8oz jennie-o deli turkey, 1oz rf shredded cheddar, 30ml Skinnygirl poppyseed dressing
D: Leftover homemade low carb beef stew
S: Dannon L&F Greek yogurt w/ 15g slivered almonds, dill pickles w/ 1 Baybel light cheese, 1/2c low fat cottage cheese w/ salsa mixed in
Totals: Cals: 893 Protein: 113 Carbs: 47 Fat: 30

My friend from HS is a Thrive fanatic. I refused so far, but tell me how it is. I'm curious!

A) I don't know!!! HAHAHA I did just get some "protein hot chocolate" from Nashua Nutrition. I haven't tried it yet.....
B) Thrive is like this "system" with vitamins, protein drinks and a patch thing....I dont even get it. I kind of think its a crock of **** but lots of people use it... I dont know. https://mamakate.le-vel.com/products/thrive
