I'm nervous! What do I expect? First consultation tomorrow...

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to this site. 

I was blessed with a new job with great insurance that covers Bariatric surgery. I have my first consultation with Dr. Drew Howard in the Woodlands, Texas tomorrow. I've so nervous and I don't know what to expect or how fast the timeline goes. 

What questions should I ask the dr? How fast is the process usually? Do any of ya'll have BCBS Illinois - what are the requirements.

QUESTIONS TO ASK DOCTOR:  Orientation took care of most questions leaving nothing but to ask the surgeon which WLS he recommended and why.  HOW FAST IS THE PROCESS:  BCBS-Minnesota insurance required a six-month waiting period which was important time to learn, process, practice and ready myself.  REQUIREMENTS: attending orientation, nutrition sessions, support group sessions, a psychologist session, and pre-surgery medical tests.
