Excited and scared to death....

Don't worry! I felt the same pain and confusion but it's normal.. You'll be happy in the end. I had the surgery 6 months ago abroad, with the help of Placidway. The pre-op and post-op diet were like hell, difficult to focus on, but in the end..you'll see the results and you'll laugh
Sorry for the delayed response. I have not been online since before my surgery. Thanks for checking on me.
Well the first few days after the surgery were really rough. On the night after my surgery I starting vomiting like a volcano and then also at the same time having explosive diarrhea. I had stay at the hospital four days instead of the anticipated two days because of the vomiting, diarrhea, my blood pressure was high, and my heartbeat was high.
By the second day of constant vomiting and diarrhea, I was very depressed. I literally broke down and started crying because I felt like had done this to myself and was it going to get any better. After I got home I was slowly getting better. The vomiting and diarrhea had stopped (yay!). Then about after a week of being home one of my incision sites starting leaking fluid!!! If I was not already worried enough, that totally freaked me out. Called the doctor and was told that as long as the fluid was not green in color, had a foul smell, and I did not have a fever then it is ok. Luckily I had none of these issues but it still worried me. The drainage went on for three days but eventually stopped.
I am starting to feel like myself a little more each day. It is really hard trying to get all the required liquids in. Some days I don't get all of it but I get very close. It is hard because (knock on wood) I have not felt hungry at all since the surgery.
