I have one every year and love it now that I can squat and stoop more easily. I have varying degrees of success from year to year depending on the weather.

My youngest is terrified of small dogs, it's pretty amusing!

Congratulations to your husband on graduation! I don't know how people go back to school, it has to be difficult! I did my MBA right after my bachelors because I didn't think I'd find the motivation to start up again...

Chorizo egg muffin sounds fantastic!  Is that something you prepare or something you found?

I make them on Sunday to last me through the week. Below is the recipe I use, since I'm not following the Paleo diet I add cheese. I also added a diced green pepper, sliced canned mushrooms, and half an onion. I love the taste of chorizo, but I think it's a little high in calories, so I googled a turkey chorizo recipe, it's also below. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping it's good!

So- I'm Hillary and I am a senior HR business analyst and project manager for a global company. I support HR business systems and manage projects. Additionally, my DH and I have an antique/vintag and new jewelry business. We have a couple spots around town in antique stores etc. I also am a huge jamberry nail wrap addict and sell those on the side to feed my addiction. I love shopping, especially now since I can fit into regular size clothes. I have $50 in GAP cash that I get to redeem soon!! Oh- forgot to mention that I make cards and jewelry and other crafts.

I get to go to San Francisco in a couple weeks for work and I'm so excited because I have never been that far west. I've only been to Las vegas.

Good Morning! Happy Wednesday, and I agree YES getting your hair did is worthy of excitement. Enjoy it! I remember going to see the Globetrotters-Fun. Tonight is the concert I am taking my daughter to (R5) so hope my ears hold up with all the screaming pre-teen/teen girls.

Most days I enjoy my job, but this last month has been a *****aotic so looking forward to our busier season winding down a bit.  That's all I can think of at the moment :)

Hi AV and menu gang!  AV I am getting my hair done on Saturday (cut & colour and can't wait!), and yes it IS the little things!  My parents took me & my sister to see the Harlem Globetrotters when we were kids, like 7 & 8 years old, I don't remember a lot, but I know the adults loved it!

About me: I am 44 years old, I live in the suburbs just outside of Toronto, Ontario Canada.  I have been happily married 16 years this February to a fun, good looking, happy, amazing guy (I am blessed).  I work as a Clinical Coordinator in a large down-town University hospital it the Cardiac program and I love my job, love my boss and love my co workers.  I do have a long commute to and from work (an hour each way if there are no major traffic snags) but its so worth it as I love it.  My husband and I always wanted kids and tried from the get go but turns out we have major fertility problems (its me that has the broken parts) and its not in our financial budget to do the IVF route.  Although lately my husband has been pushing to go back to a Fertility Clinic to see what other options we have, you just never know right.  That is one of my biggest regrets in life is never having a kid(s).  But I have two Labrador Retrievers who have become my "kids", the other dog people will "get" what I mean.  A black lab named Oliver who is sweet and funny and a total "mama's boy" and a chocolate lab named Amy who is independent and loves to hunt and snuggles with me on her terms, she is a total "daddy's girl".  I am very close to my family and my husband's family (his family is huge, a gazillion Aunts/Uncles and cousins) and our weekends are mostly spent with either his side or my side of the family for "get togethers."  I love, love, love to work out. I used to go to the gym daily, but my husband got concerned I was overdoing it and was too slim, so I cut it back to 3 times a week and hubby and I go together to the gym, it means a lot to me that he goes with me and supports me. But I do want to add more days at the gym, so we will see.   I do hike my dogs daily for an hour and on the weekends for about two hours, and I love every minute of it. I love the outdoors, sun, rain, snow, sleet, doesn't matter, I am out. I love to garden and can spend hours pulling weeds and fussing over my flowers and shrubs.  I love routines & order and I am very "particular" about them.  Like the dish soap on the kitchen counter has a "spot" don't mess with that and move it all the time.  I guess that's OCD really LOL.  I hate the "drop in".  Like when I get home from the gym or hiking my dogs I am sweaty, red faced and just want to get into my PJs, don't just "drop in" to say hello... like text me first, geeesshhh!!!  My highest weight was 250 lbs.  I was actually totally offended when my family doctor in 2011 suggested WLS. I was all like "I am not obese!!"  She asked me to research it, I did, and whoa I was obese.  Best thing I have ever done for myself and wish I had done it in my early 30s.  I am 2 years and almost 3 months post op and I struggle DAILY with body image.  I still walk into stores and go to the plus size section.  I look at other women who are skinny and inside my head say "god I wish I could look like that."  Go figure, two years out, 5'5" and today I weigh 122 and I don't see "slim" or "tiny" in the mirror.  For me the eating is easy, the vitamins are easy, the water is easy, its the mind F#CK that I go through daily that is hard.

I love all you ladies and gents and the Vets who take the time out of their busy days/lives and contribute.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

Now the fun stuff:
