YAY! YAY! YAY!
WOO HOO!
I went to the surgeon's 5 week fu visit with 3 pages of questions and all the things that I thought I was doing wrong. I worried for nothing! He was happy with my results. Yay! I told him that I was so happy with everything. I love being able to work out again. I feel like this is my second chance and I am going to take full advantage of it. When we were finished he told me I did not have to come back for 4 months because I was doing so well. FOUR MONTHS! WOO HOO! YAY! HOW COOL IS THAT? He is the best surgeon in the whole wide world! He knows his stuff and I have been off all that diabetes medication since before the surgery. I told him my fingers are sore from taking my readings 3X a day. I am in awe and keep going back just to look at those 80-90 readings. I am so happy! When the nurse checked me out she laughed and said in 4 months when I come back I am going to be SO SKINNY! Me. Skinny again. WOO HOO!!!
