AV, you will probably drop anyway without trying because your body is in the mode.....I always wanted to stay at least 5 pounds under my goal to have that leverage....

Good Morning! You totally made me spit ou****er reading your Oompa Loompa...hahahaha that's hilarious.  How awesome to be close to your goal, you got this girl! Oh, and think about those 1.4 lbs when you walk past that food table with confidence :)  I have a busy few evenings this week (coming from the girl who goes straight home from work and puts her pj's on, to my credit I get up early so I am tired by the time I get home). Tonight is the monthly support group I attend and tomorrow night I am going to a concert with my daughter. The band is R5-but really who has a concert geared towards pre-teen/teen girls on a Wednesday night!?!?! It'll be fun anyhow and I am taking 1/2 day off Thursday and working from home the part I am working so I will try and sleep in a bit. That's all I got today!

Good morning,

Oh how I miss when I can't get on here every day.  By the time I have a chance lately it's nighttime.

I too am very pale, but I always have been , I have had an actual "tan" only twice in my life.  Once when I took a cottage on the cape for 2 weeks and spent every day on the beach (I was 21) and once when my oldest was 5, and I took the summer off.

I have my 9 month appt. on Thursday and I'm bummed because I am still stuck going back and forth the same 2-3 lbs.  So frustrating!

But!!!!  I have some NSV'S!!!!  I finally got fitted for new bras and boy oh boy, the girls look great once I'm dressed!  Also,  I now have "thigh gap"   I never gave it any thought until my daughter pointed it out to me.

Time since surgery  9 mos

B:  Coffee and 1 egg

L:  Turkey, cheese, lettuce on small whole wheat pita

D:  Up in the air, probably leftover chicken soup

S:  Muscle Milk 100

New bras make such a difference, even if they are sort of just "poured" into them. LOL.  I was so excited to buy my first Victoria's Secret bra...it made me feel so good.

I was looking at the calendar this morning, and only 2 full weeks until my last "3 month medically supervised diet" appt...almost there! I've not been great in the past week with my choices, I've not gone over 1500 calories, but I'm trying to stay under 1200 pre-op, sigh.

B-1 C cottage cheese. (nothing sounded good, I know this isn't the best, but wanted to eat something)

L- shrimp ****tail with ****tail sauce; babybel cheese

D-1 pork chop, 1/2 c green beans

S-irish tea with cream

I tried 1200 pre op and struggled,  I usually came in around 1500. Don't be too hard on yourself,  you are rocking this!

What's wrong with cottage cheese? I love the stuff--super high in protein and a great base for mixing in either sweet or savory!
