What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

I agree: the FEELING, the action, feels worse than the actual calories. Because we are working on our behaviors, and they are so darn hard.
It felt like I was eating 5000 calories, and I sat there knowing what I was doing and continued to do it anyway. Why do I do this to myself?
In any event, the offending food is gone. I'm sure I'll be good for a while now, since this was the biggest break I've had since the Christmas cookie and coconut cream pie incident of 2015.
less then TWO pounds from your goal.....that is AWESOME!!!!!
I have always been pale, I have never done a spray tan, my skin is SO sensitive I don't dare!
So the scale went UP again this morning, so that is 5.2 lbs gained since last Tuesday. So in a week. I have my yearly physical with my PCP after work tonight, I have a few questions for her. I get so discouraged every month with this up, down, up, down crap!

Good luck staying away from the damn carb table, AV! ugh
I HAVE to take Miralax every day, or I don't go. I have been going, not a ton, but that is normal I guess. So I may have some "extra" in there, but no more then normal. HAHAHA I have always wanted an excuse to use that little dude there!
I am pale, super pale. I have tried bronzers and even professional spray on tans but I look like an Oompa Loompa when I do it. I also hate the stains it leaves all over my clothing. If I was exercising it would be awful (although I never exercised when I tried it forever ago).
Congrats on being so close to goal weight! I need to be more diligent and get back in to the swing of things but my willpower is shot. I may need to start seeing a therapist but I have never had any luck with them. I was also just put on back on my daily migraine meds so I am feeling kind of out of it the past few days...
