Daily nutrition intakes

Just curious if anyone has had directives from their nutritionist or Doctor as to how many grams you should be ingesting to continue weight loss after surgery.  I'm on regular foods now, 7 mos post op, and have started logging my meals, I'm still shooting for 70-90g protein but am wondering what "generally" everyone is consuming in way of carbs, fat and sugar daily.

Thanks for your input in advance!

The "What's on your Monday/Tues, etc menu RNY'ers" post daily might answer this question for you. :)

My surgeon's specific guidance is 60g of protein daily and to minimize added sugars and added fats.  His lifestyle plan will typically fall between 1,300-1,500 calories per day but he does not recommend counting calories directly.

My bariatric plan (St. Vincent's Caramel Indiana)

0-6 months: 600-800 calories, 40-60 grams carbs, 60-80 grams protein

6-12 months: 800-1200 calories, 60-80 gram carbs, 60-80 grams protein

12-18 months: 1100-1300 calories, 100-130 gram carbs, 80 grams protein

Maintanence: 1200-1400 calories, 130 carbs, 80 grams protein

Hope that helps,

Penny
