Funny and confusing NSV
So as some of you know, I started C25K again last week. I had tried this 2 other times in my life and never could make it past the first day. And when I say that, it was 30 seconds lightly jogging then walking the entire rest of the way because I couldn't do it. Then my ankles and hips hurt for the next few days because of the weight. I did the first 2 days of the program, then the other day I was envisioning how the program builds in the stages and was playing with the app on my phone.
So I go out today and when it tells me to jog, I jog and then keep thinking, man- this is longer than 60 seconds, why is this? I couldn't check my phone because I had it zipped on my back so I just went with it. Found out after that I had the app accident turned on week 3!!
anyway, I was really happy and laughed about it- it proves to me that I can so do this!!
