Omg. So sorry about your job. Take the time you have now and really work your plan. Walk more, do yoga lift weights. If not searching for your new job better the person you are today. You deserve better then what happened but do not let it derail the new person you are becoming
Good luck to you. Something good will come your way. Chin up.

This is very hard, and I am sorry you are going through this. You have certainly had your share of difficulties in the past few years.

Hi- I will be praying for you. It was unfair and cruel how you were treated. Good for you for bursting out crying. I hope the person who fired you learned a lesson and feels like crap because they should. I recently retired and I know it doesn't compare to the hurt you are feeling. I made a plan for my day. I stay away for daytime TV, I exercise for the first time not being tired. I write on the sequel to my first book. I do something creative every day and I schedule everything. My house is ridiculously clean and I love it. I pinterest low call recipes and cook at least 3 per week. I am doing more things I love than I ever could before. That is what my wish is for you. To say to yourself, Thank you Lord for this time. Let it count for something even if the reason it happened was out of my control and hurtful. Let it count for my good and show me how to love myself rather than hurt myself. Write it on the fridge, write it in your phone and made a reminder. I do overeaters anonymous online. It helps. And talk to someone, come to the website and seek support.
We can hang in there together. I just found out that our project is moving and I will be out of a job soon. This was 2 weeks after I found out that my father, who lives with me, has terminal cancer. I, too, am afraid that all of this stress will lead me back to bad habits. When we get to the other side of these current challenges we can pat ourselves on the back that we made it!
