Snow storm comfort food

For waffles, pancakes, muffins I found Bob's Mill low carb baking mix is good. Has protein and comes in about 120 calories a serving but can't do a full serving. Adding skim milk and eggs boosts the protein way up, sometimes plain non fat Greek yogurt. Walden farms no cal syrup completes the goodness.  I have been so bored too today with this storm. Could have been at least a Monday so I d have gotten a day off! Thankfully didn't lose electricity but had done all the laundry, vacuuming, put food in slow cooker overnight so today didn't have any of that to do. Did take a nap. Trying to stay away from the kitchen completely. Guess tomorrow will be a more active day beginning the clean up process.

Ps get both baking mix and syrup a t vitacost since no one around here carry them. Usually can get a discount code and order enough other things to get free shipping. Kay's naturalist has some good protein products.
