Thank You AngryViking ..and ALL of the ladies who post EVERY morning....
I had not been on ObesityHelp for a while until I gained back 20 pounds. I'm so grateful to know I have somewhere to go for help and support.
I forgot how important it is to track and know what I'm eating daily...In the midst of real life stuff - stress and change, my first instinct is to eat...and that is exactly what I did.
AngryViking, you are the mirror to keep us on point...THANK YOU...and Ladies, I don't know any of you but you gave me the support and the encouragement I needed. Along with the humor and real life stuff, I really appreciate each and every post. Believe it or not, I do read every single one...I write down the recipes and I laugh at the jokes and can identify with so many of you. There is a bond going on in this daily morning post and I love it.....THANK YOU....
Glad you are here. If I miss getting on in the morning, I try to catch up later... don't want to miss what is happening.
Encouraging to see someone jump onboard full force to get back on track.

I couldn't agree with you more. This place is what has given me the strength and support to loose over 100 lbs and I hope to loose even more. Big thanks to av and friends. And we'll done to cpcampbell for knowing when to get the help you needed to not let bad habits get put of control
I teach and can't get to computer to post at an appropriate time, but I read every day. I second the joy and advice in that thread.
I want to say to you, cpcamobell, that you have given me much hope. I've been so paranoid about regain - especially since my weight loss is at a crawl- but hearing about you getting back on track and starting to lose again truly inspires me. THANK YOU too!

We all struggle with trying to lose our weight, then maintain it. It's a daily battle, but the support on here encourages me to keep on keeping on.
See my OH blog post below. Hope it inspires/encourages you.
