Looking amazing cpcampbell! AV,my hubby doesn't have a backhoe but he did get a new snowblower this year. He was so excited when we got snow Wednesday and was gone all day cleaning off people's driveways! HE came home all wet and cold but you could tell he had fun! Now to me,willingly going out in the cold like that is pure craziness. Whether I prefer texts or calls. For family I call but others I prefer texts. Post op 41 months and weight at 121.8 today. Exercise will be 31/2 miles on the dread mill and 30 minutes on the bike. Hoping it will be a bit warmer tomorrow so Lily and I can do at least some at the park! Here's the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added  L 1 c venison chili hopefully the last of the leftovers D 31/2 oz ground beef with 1/2 c sweet potatoes S Greek yogurt. No picture from me as I am a tech dummy but I am wearing skinny jeans,a gray and pink striped turtleneck and my favorite black boots today. Have a busy weekend with an all day meeting for church tomorrow. Have a great weekend full of smart choices! And stay safe all!
