What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning!
Has anyone ever tried SkyRobics (it's at Sky Zone here, but maybe a different variation somewhere else)?? I attempted to go last night, but they were sold out! I was so bummed, especially since I had driven 30 minutes to drop my kids off with my parents. I've heard it can be difficult, but it looks like a ton of fun!

I'm worth it!
I'm afraid to try SkyRobics! LOL I'm not particularly coordinated even on solid ground, so doing anything on a trampoline is pretty much a recipe for disaster.
Oh! I haven't tried it myself, but DCgirl has and she had a really fun time. One of my staffers, who is pretty fit, did it a few weeks ago and she also loved it and said it was definitely a good work out - she was sore for a few days.
I've been wanting to try it but can't talk anyone I know into do it!

Super big rush right now--will not be able to really read the rest of the thread until later today.
Trainer yesterday was great. Lots of Russian kettlebell work. !!! I hope for good things to come.
Yesterday I did pretty well with my "sit down to eat" approach to avoiding grazing, until the death hour, which is really 2-3 hours, between when the kids comem home from school and I put dinner on the table. However, being more mindful has helped me to pinpoint this problem, and I think I may be able to work it away by being more aware.
I have been working with a therapist for two years for some family issues. I am now trying to integrate my eating/weight issues into the sessions as I can.
Today:
On track with liquid and vitamins.
Will walk the dog for exercise, but just 20 minutes.
B: plain Fage yogurt with low sugar blueberry preserves
L: Stewed chicken in tomatoes
D: Probably talapia from my freezer. plus salad and beans. Husband out of town--do not have a good dinner plan for tonight. But now there's a plan!
S: Almonds

Hi Everyone! Late post today. I had to drive 89 miles this morning to a meeting that started at 8:30am so needless to say it was an early start! Now I'm sitting in my car, between meetings, in a strange city, eating almonds and sipping coffee. Good news is that when this next meeting ends, I'm leaving and working from home.
B: protein coffee
S: almonds
L: tuna salad
S: plain Greek yogurt with Mint Chocolate Matrix mixed in
D: turkey meatballs and salsa
Exercise
Since I'm off early today I'm going to head to the gym for an epic run. I really haven't done much lately and I'm looking forward to a serious workout!
