PB&J Yogurt- YUCK. Honestly I could have gotten the very same effect adding some PB2 to Vanilla yogurt (which I have done). It was much more PB then anything else. And I guess I was expecting PB/J on top to stir in...not the case.
Now I'm way behind on my protein for the day-- ugg!

B-Chai and later a boiled egg - (Big egg and not sugar free Chai) - 250
S - Greek Yogurt - 80
L-Chili - 200
S - Yogurt - (with Granola) 150
D- Mini Meatloaf and Veggies - 250
S- Cauliflower muffin from pinterest - 150
Total 1080
Where do I find the charts people use to show their weight loss? I'm 10 pounds from my doctors goal. Thanks
Good Morning! Fingers crossed that you get your burger. I have my usual spicy tuna planned but my lunch buds may decide to go out since it's not rainy today.Guess what guys?!?! I won the vitamin patch drawing!! I am going to log on in a few and see what my options are. I guess my name was drawn first so I won the tablet too. I got my workout in AND won so feeling like a rockstar today-LOL!!
