How many ounces is 1/3 cup of meat?

I want to know how many ounces is 1/3 cup of meat? That's all I'm allowed to eat per meal. 2? 3? I need to know how to measure it out. (Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Shrimp, etc) Thanks! Farrah

Go to the dollar store or walmart and pick up a food scale. They're inexpensive, and it will make your life easier.

a few easy visuals: a 2 ounce serving of meat is similar to a deck of cards in size. a 3 ounce serving of meat is similar to your palm of your hand, that round and that thick. 1/2 cup of other things is like half a baseball. hope that helps a bit
