Anyone Ever Try Graze.Com?

Looking for feedback with a new product I just signed up for called Graze.com or www.graze.com.

I waited until I reached my goal to sign up, so I'm no longer looking to lose more weight.  And I'm struggling with adding the right proportion of healthy calories, but am so scared about gaining back.  At the same time, if I don't add something to my diet I'll keep losing, and I'm already about 13 pounds past the original goal my doc and I set at time of surgery, and 7 more pounds past the goal weight my doc said not to go below.  (He said no lower than 155 and today I am 148.)

So, I signed up for Graze.com.  It's a program that delivers healthy snacks to your door each week.  They are low calorie, portion controlled, and many options are high protein.  However - they are "snacks", and by the very definition of a snack, I'm nervous.

In this program there are 104 small snacks to choose from.  Some are more sugary (I eliminated those from my choices), some are savory, most are made with nuts and dried fruits and healthy ingredients.  They put together a box of 8 different treats that they choose from your list of favorites and they come to your door every Monday (my first box comes January 25th) for $11.99/week.  You never know exactly which ones will come in your box (other than they will all be from items I okayed first), and I can cancel at any time.

The calorie range that I chose from is from 70-230 per snack.  The foods are unique and exciting and will be a nice addition to my usual Protein drink, Yogurt, meat/cheese menu.

Tell me what you think.  Be honest.  Is this too dangerous?  Are there better ways to add more calories to my day?  (I'm trying to go from 550 calories to around 900 at this point - hoping to neither lose more nor gain any back.)

I dunno, I am still in the weight loss phase and like to know exactly what I am bringing in the house. I do not like surprises anymore:):)

I had a "mean" surgeon who lectured me about Bounceback weight on every visit.  When I was about 10 pounds under goal weight, he told me to try for 20 or even 30 under goal.

I really did not think I could gain the weight back but Bounceback hit at 30 months out and it was a shock.  I just gained a pound a week with no changes in diet or exercise.  It is the body being smart enough to overcome malabsorption.

Yeah... thanks, WD... this is exactly what I need to know.  I'm just shy of 1 year out.  I may be jumping a little ahead of myself already.  I don't want to look gaunt, but at the same time I want a nice big safety net for bounceback weight.

It's a slippery slope and I'm excited about trying new things, but terrified of screwing up.  Thanks for your honest opinion.

I'm still in my honeymoon phase, and really can't help you since I have no clue.

I just had to say that the name of the website alone was enough to make me leery.

I know, right?!!!  Me, too... and I've researched it for days.  I've read every single nutritional label.  And I placed the order.  But I can cancel any time.  I guess we'll wait and see.  If I gain one pound back, it's GONE.

This will probably all rely on whether you can snack normally, or if this will trigger overeating. The good thing is that you ates active here,  so you are likely actively in your plan.  If the snack make you carb crave or push your calories too high,  stop.

Also, I plan on logging everything prior to my meals,  so if I find myself eating when I haven't planned that is a big warning sign. Just be careful and watch to see how your plan changes or you go off track. You just have to be honest with yourself as you go.
