Well the snow and ice came in north GA! It is sticking but it is not that much.

I've been getting stressed with a project that is due at the end of the month. Not sure how I am going to get it all done.

We are moving into a new antique place first of the month and I will be setting up some cool jewelry displays, can't wait to get it all setup and cute!

B: Dannon L&F vanilla mousse

S: decaf and miralax :(

L: FF refried beans, salsa and sour cream

S: FF milk, gnc wheybolic choc

D: turkey bacon with gravy and cooked zuchinni with onion

S: Not sure yet, I guess my choices are yogurt again, sugar free pops, or milk

E:walked 20 min inside house, will do another 20 or ride bike

I'm sorry I have to update my menu before bed. However this is the first time I had a minute to get on OH. SO HERE GOES.

BFAST  1 scrambled egg, 1 sausage link

LUNCH  3 slices moozerella, 3 slices hard salami.

Dinner. 1/2 sausage link , 1/2 peppers onions,slice of potatoe , 2 tbs coleslaw.

Snack. 2 moozerella balls, dannin Greek vanilla yogurt with granola.

I am thinking I ate too much  

I'm feeling a little guilty

calories 890 protein 49 carbs 49.

Mmmm...it seems like your protein numbers should be higher, considering the menu.  Also, the calories seem a little high, too, because that doesn't look like a whole lot of food.  You're using MFP?

What should be my goal for protein?  My dietician never gave me numbers. It's easier if I have a goal in mind to reach. I am using my MFP. I will take a closer look to protein and calories. Thank you.
