The MFP thing makes me giggle everytime it pops up... I like to think of it as a fortune teller.... Look deep into my eyes... I see you've had a good day, therefore in 6 weeks you will weigh 10 lbs less because you had one good day...
This is what I imagine my own MFP gennie/fortune teller to look like...
My stomach is still bothering me. I had to take zofran this am. I may have to call my surgeon.
I pulled some items out of the freezer that I made ahead last week. I had made some cabbage rolls, zucchini lasagna and lasagna cups with no noodles. DH is eating the zucchini lasagna. Which is fine with me LOL, he has to eat too.
MY BAD!! Again unplanned....
Yesterday I ate.....
BKFT Egg Puff
Lunch Spicy Black bean burger, egg and cheese
Snack Laughing cow ham and pickle wrap
Dinner No noodle Lasagna cup
True Confession: I have been wandering the grocery aisles picking things up and putting them back ... then my Kryptonite is Skinny Cow Vanilla Ice cream Sandwiches. If I buy them I will eat 2 a day until they are finished. I have bought them yestreday, the 2nd time in the last couple of weeks. Nothing tastes good lately or agrees with me... I keep throwing out food. I don't know if it is my hernia/nausea. Soft foods are my comfort place. Cheesecake, pudding, ice cream sandwiches. I could have a half gallon of Ice cream in my freezer and never touch it... but an ice cream sandwich? No. Also ate Chinese yesterday and KFC. KFC??? Haven't gone there in decades. Did eat grilled but still....
B: Coffee protein drink
L: Egg foo young
S: Protein Bar, probably Power Crunch
D: Roasted Chicken and roasted veggies
S: Premier Protein hot choclate.

I am having this issue too. Nothing tastes good and not everything is agreeing with me. Just plain nauseous!!
Been throwing out a lot of things myself.
I am alot like you I go to the store put things in my cart and put them back LOL. No ice cream for me though because that would be my downfall!!

That's why I don't bring protein bars which remind me of candy bars or other healthy versions of no added sugar sweets in my house. I have no willpower against sweets and never will. I can still smell all the pies and cakes as soon as I come in a grocery store and they are loudly calling my name! I had a protein bar once aND it was delicious but a slippery slope for me as I would eat two a day if I had them. I stick to clean foods but do add protein powder to my steel cut oats to add protein there. Sweets are definitely my downfall!
I bought 2 think thin bars(protein bars) last week and have not ate them, I too am afraid that it will remind me of a chocolate bar. I made those overnight oats but the portion size looked so large to me and I did not eat them. I did add protein powder but for some reason I could not convince myself to put them in my pie hole LOL.
I am probably the odd ball out but I can not stand protein powder mixed into my yogurt or even to drink it. I gag on it horribly. Even getting yogurt down is a job for me. I am not a huge fan of it.
I can go to the store and walk through the bakery section and not be tempted. I never was a sweets girl. I just overate everything else.....
