Dizziness and bloating
You know, it could have been the lettuce. I eat salad often, and this romaine lettuce was a little more dense than the brand I usually buy and I got full a lot faster on it that I normally would.
I'm feeling better now though, so it's all good. It was weird with the dizziness, and it could have been completely unrelated to the tummy issues. I'm home safe and sound and will hopefully get a full nights sleep tonight.
Your heart is a pump and when you were heavier it had more blood to pump. When weight first drops the heart no longer has to work very hard. So when sitting or lying down the blood pools in your legs and when you stand up quickly it takes a few minutes to get blood going back to your head.
What worked for me was pumping my legs a few times before standing.
Your body will adjust after about a month or so but it is a bit scary when it is happening.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I have no incorporated alot of VEGGIES yet so I am not sure what that feels like. I do get dizzy alot and it freaks me out. I find it happens to me mostly when I wake up in the morning and after my lunches.
I am only 3 months out. If this happens again please post because I am interested in what the cause might be.
I haven't seen the doctor. I figured out that the bloating was caused by steamed broccoli. I don't eat it often and I ate it two meals in a row before I had issues.
The dizziness seems to be gone, it hung around most of the day yesterday, but I tried to increase my water and I feel better this morning. I'm thinking I was mildly dehydrated.
