I'm on vacation with a friend who knows about my surgery. She's already enjoyed a lot of the spoils of my weight loss in the form of my old clothes :)

This morning we were in the hotel elevator and she was admiring the coat I'm wearing today. She said, "When you lose 10 more pounds can I have that coat?".

The lady in the elevator with us said, "10 pounds? How's a skinny girl like that supposed to lose 10 pounds?"

What the what? Skinny girl like...me?!?
