Snowing like a dickens outside here in Baldwinsville NY(just outside the city of Syracuse). I again today am unplanned. I am in the middle of making a grocery list for tmw. Will not go out in this weather unless I really have to lol. About 125 closings today in the area.

In the middle of making my DD a box to mail to her, shes at college. I want to make her a loaf of banana bread. Trying to use what I have at home and not buying special ingredients.

Here is my post from last night. This is what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast Egg Puff

Lunch Ricotta Bake

Dinner shrimp w. zucchini noodles

Triple Zero Salted Caramel Greek Yogurt

I baked some brownies, chocolate chip cookie bars and cinnamon streusel bread for my DD and had no inkling to lick the spoon!!

It was really good but I am not sure I tolerated the zucchini. Ummm numerous bathroom visits. I am trying not to be gross in this thread... Sorry everyone.

I am a little over 3 months out. Everyday with this pouch is a journey:):)

Worked a long day from Home yesterday, but today I do have to venture out in the coooold! Ack! I was so spoiled with the mild weather. I guess the cuddl-duds are coming out to day. I bought a pair of boots at Payless this year that are supposed to keep your feet warm to -4 degrees. They were expensive by Payless standards. They will be worn today too...

AV ....2 days in a row? We aren't going to have to stage a sweet cereal intervention are we?   LOL...

I am in a -nothing tastes really good, nothing really agrees with me so much-- place. I am making things eating them, and then throwing out the leftovers because I can't imagine eating them again. ugh. Don't know if it is my hernia or what... but I can't afford this.

B: Tea, WHole grain cream of wheat with added protein powder and fiber

S: Premier Hot choclate

L: salami and provolone melt (never had it yesterday)

S: greek yogurt

D: greek salad with grilled chicken

S: herbal tea

E: 21 day fix Arm day: done!

Your menu looks great!  It's hard to look at things and see how much we are eating.  I have a feeling that I will be forever logging what I eat.  You said you're 5.5 months since surgery, so we are probably very close in surgery dates.  I struggle staying under my top max number that I've set for myself.

My nutritionist says 700 to 900 calories a day, and I say my very top number is 850 calories.  MOST of the time I stay under that, but sometimes I get up to around 900 and that makes me nervous.

Today is a low day with under 700 calories, but these days are few and far between anymore.

Keep coming back and posting, you can do this!
