What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
I think this sounds like a decent plan, some days you just have to do what you gotta do! This is much better than relying on fast food or the hospital cafeteria. Just try to remember when you've finished eating so you can resume drinking at an appropriate time.
Let us know how this strategy works for you!

Afternoon everyone, totally late to the game. No snow here in NC, but we rarely ever get snow in this area. I have been struggling to remember to drink my water for the day. My solution is having the water bottles I want to drink for the day sitting right next to my computer screen as a visual reminder, hopefully this works.

Hi everyone. I do not post often but I follow all your posts daily. I recently posted that I have slowed down In Weight loss and I am only 5 1/2 months post op. I need to at least lose 45 more lbs. White Dove suggested I post my daily food intake. So here I am joining all of you. I welcome any constructive criticism to help me make better choices. I have always made poor choices thus why I was obese and needed WLS. I am not used to making right choices and maybe I am making mistakes?

Yay, welcome to our little post! Your menu looks pretty decent, so my first question is: do you own a food scale? There can be a lot of calories/carbs in granola, so unless you're weighing out your portion, you can't really be sure what you're getting. Second question: Do you log your menu into My Fitness Pal? I have to say that has been one of the most important things for me to keep on track. I can see where my calories are going, and make the necessary adjustments if needed.
