What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Every plan is different.  My surgeon's office says I need a MINIMUM of 60g protein a day.  But I personally aim for a minimum of 75 or so.

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)

My surgeon's plan is to aim for 80g a day.  However, he and his NUT would prefer somewhere between 80-100g a day.

Time since surgery:  8+ months

B:  protein coffee

S:  protein shake, yogurt

L:  low carb tortilla pizza

D:  dont feel like cooking so another pizza :3

TOTALS:  Cals:  737  Protein:  87  Carbs: 32  Fat:  17
