Excited! The next snafu - because why is anything simple? Is I called my Docs office where I see a Nurse Practitioner, not the Doc, and she left. Ugh. and they haven't hired anyone else yet, they are in the process... so they wouldn't make an appointment for me. So something else to stress me out...and having to see someone you don't know to get clearance.
B: Tried Unjury chocolate classic made with milk. It was good.
S: PB and banana on high fiber english
L: Soip with turkey meatballs in it
S; kind bar. (teaching an art class at the library so dinner will be late)
D: hamburger with sauteed mushrooms and onions'
S: Hot chocolate premier protein.

Good morning! Happy Friday, and it's a long weekend for me since I work for the VA. Leaving work early today to go to my 2nd of 3 pre-op appointments during my medically supervised diet phase. Only 1 month to go after this!

My vote is yes on the mattress. I'm getting hold, and even though I'm still 50lbs away from goal, I'm now feeling boney too. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be comfortable.
I'm feeling good about my food again, i did well last night even though my plan changed. I updated in yesterdays thread that I ordered from a pizza place last night, but I got a grilled chicken ceasar salad and weighed everything. I did have a snack, but it still kept me under my hardline of 850 calories.
I'm feeling pretty awesome about my choices today. Here's what I'm having:
5+ months since surgery
B: Light and Fit Greek Caramel Apple Pie 80 SF Mocha from the local coffee shop 100.
L: Tuna with 1tbs canola mayo, pickled veggies
D: shrimp with zucchini noodles sauteed in olive oil spray and garlic
S: Turkey Pepperoni and laughing cow light, 1/2 protein bar

Cal 689 Protein 84 Carb 57 Fat 18
I need to get back to low carb all the time, I feel like the choices I've been making have been more carby than usual. The last few days I've been cutting out the bad stuff and going more protein forward. I was initially planning on having bean soup for dinner but it pushed my carbs over 80 grams and I just can't abide by that. I'm in a serious weightloss stall, and I know it's not unusual but it's killing me. I'm ONLY 5.5 month post op and I need to lose another 50lbs to get to goal. Now is the time to buckle down and get it done.

Happy Friday!!! i have no idea what happened to me yesterday but i just wasnt hungry or feeling my menu so i ate completely off of my planned food. i did still log it and was a tad under protien so ill try to behave today. i have to take my foster daughter and her lil bro to see their bio mom today and its cold and rainy..scream i dont wanna goooooo. ok im done pouting now :) i have no mirrors that hardly show me in this house still. i need to fix that because for a change id actually like to see what im wearing lol.

too many processed foods today, but best i can do on the run im not very prepared

Cub scouts! Hooray for you! I have done cub scouts a lot in my life (I have 3 boys). All of them past cubs now. Crazy happy times. i say, take the mattress!

So glad it is Friday, this day ends the 12 hour work day saga. My hat goes off to all you who do this regularly. I am ready to DIE. I usually only work 24 hours a week so this 60 hour week kicked my butt.
I do not have lofty goals for the day. I am hoping to squeeze in the time for a different pair of underwear and different clothes than yesterday. That's about it. Sadly, I would not be the worst smelling or the worst dressed if I dont.
