Love the pic AV!  It's a true photo friday ;)

I had my CT scan yesterday but I haven't heard from my surgeon yet.  Holy moley!  I didn't realize how involved a CT scan is.  I didn't realize I had to sit there for 2 hours drinking nasty barium smoothie, then get an IV, then get injected with contrast which is so strange, only to have the actual scan take less than 30 seconds!  WTH?  So weird.  I will let you all know if I hear anything today.

My weekend should be pretty low key.  I need sleep.  I'm hoping I find lots of it :)

Lily and I had a great walk yesterday but she is pouting now because we started to load up to go the park and it started raining. Now she is pouting and looking all sad. If the rain doesn't let up this afternoon I will do 4 miles on the boring treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike. It's so much more fun outside but it can't always be helped. Post op40.5 months and weight at 121.6 today. On track with fluids and vitamins and sipping some white chocolate peppermint coffee. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added  L 31/2 oz tuna and 1/2 c broccoli soup D 31/2 oz steak that I didn't make last night and 1/2 c green beans steamed S Greek yogurt. Have a great day everybody and make some smart choices! Oh and I had a routine visit with my rheumatologist yesterday and he called me tiny. In the past I could never have imagined that. He did my referral for surgery and I was his first patient to have WLS. He now suggests it to patients and has 6 others who have had some type of WLS.

Good morning and Happy Friday.

AV you look amazing!   Oh definitely bring your air mattress or you will get no sleep.  I've been on those sleepovers myself with Girl Scouts, they are fun for the kids, but oh so hard on the adults.

Busy weekend here, a football party tomorrow because the Patriots are in the playoffs.   Will make my stuffed pepper casserole, but will have to be careful of the carbs.   Here's hoping no more injuries and a healthy Gronk!

B:  Muscle Milk 100

L:  Ham, Cheese, lettuce on 1 slice wheat bread

D:  ?

S:  Babybel, Mary's gone crackers
