Well, I flat out REFUSE to do the outdoor tent camping thing, so I needed to bend on this one. LOL
No pic yet for me- I will try for one when I actually have proper clothes and makeup on- lol
Today is my first full month surgiversiary, and I'm bummed because I only lose 13 pounds for the month. I thought it would FLY off me but probably because I lost over 50 before my body is mad at me. The doctor doesn't seem concerned either, they said it was normal, but I still feel like I should have lost more. Anyway....
I sold $115 worth of my clothes last night to a lady through facebook! This means Feb 1 I'm heading to GAP since I have two $25 gap cash coupons. I've gotten super excited shopping there because things actually fit for once in my life. And in a regular size!
B: Same old GNC wheybolic chocolate shake
S:
L: probably shrimp and 1/2 teaspoon hummus (bought shrimp ***tail and made this so need to finish eating it up)
D: not sure yet- might try the ahi tuna burger I bought last week in freezer case (pureed of course)
13 pounds in 4 weeks? That's awesome, lady! Of course my monthly log is on my old phone - but I think I was losing like 12-15 a month in the beginning - so you're definitely in the normal range. And think HOW HARD you would have been working pre-op to get 13 pounds off - stick to your program and the weight will keep coming off.

I felt the same exact way the first month of surgery-- disappointed it wasn't literally meting off. As long as its consistent-- wrry not--- all those "little losses" add up to a lot!
I tried selling my old clothes once; but I had left the package that i was planning to mail in my car and some thieves stole the package from my car (mind you I hadn't even noticed they took it). They apparently were disappointed in what they stole cause they dumped it in a neighbors yard a few blocks over and she was kind enough to bring them back to me. From then on i just decided to donate them, since not even thieves wanted my old clothes LOL.
