What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I am 4lbs away from goal...so totally get the excitement. Normal? Average? Never a word in my vocabulary when it came to weight.

I know, right??? I still think I can get a lot lower than what the BMI calculator says is "normal". I'm just sayin that I've seen myself nekkid and there are some fluffy spots!!!
I might be crazy but I think I'm going to try for an additional 10 to lose after I hit my 1st goal.
- High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
- High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
- Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
- Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
- Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)
Yes my first goal is the high end of "normal"... based on Body fat testing not BMI chart. BMI chart would say I need to lose 20 more pounds than that. Reality is some of the 'fluffiness' can be excess skin... which you can't lose w/o surgery.

I'm lucky in that since I lost the majority of my weight slowly with the band and didn't have a lot of regain, I do not struggle with excess skin the way many here do. My fluffy spots are ALL me ;)

Good Morning!
Our oldest was able to join Boy Scouts this year, and he loves it! My husband is the pack leader for the the Tiger Cubs, and I'm never invited to events. Apparently Dad is cooler than me, and someone has to watch the baby. Maybe it's not such a bad thing... ;)
I think I have become mildly obsessed with weighing myself. I weigh every Morning and usually before bed, which was SO useless. After reading a suggestion on here I had my husband hide it. The first few mornings I felt like an addict going through withdrawal, it made me really uneasy and grumpy. I'm hoping it will help me learn to ride the plateaus a little better, and focus on how good I feel and what I'm able to do now that I could do at this time last year when I weighed 330 lbs.

I'm worth it!
Look at you two looking all skinny! Way to go, big bro (also way to go actually posting a picture, AV ).
Here I am, earlier this week, rocking a super body con dress that I'm in love with. The lighting is horrendous, but I feel powerful in this dress and I love it! It also makes me definitely want to stick to my plan because it is UNFORGIVING! I asked my mom to give me money to buy some new work dresses for Christmas - so this is one of the SIX new dresses I snagged at Ross for a total of $80 - what! what!

Tomorrow I'm headed to the "Farm Show" with my nieces, this is PA's version of a state fair basically. I'm sure there will be SO MANY bad foods to tempt me, I need to make a plan! At least I'll walk a thousand million steps? Apparently leading up to the show there was this big marketing campaign about a super secret, exciting announcement - it turned out to be the introduction of STRAWBERRY ice cream - LOL! Forever there has only been chocolate and vanilla at the Show, so this was a big deal.....OMG - I love rural PA!

I wouldn't thought I could either! My obsession with Ross has taught me to try on things I never thought would work and I'm pleasantly surprised. You should try it.
Over the summer when I was asking people for huge sums of money I had my teal "Asking for money dress," I think this is going to be my winter version of that.
