How do I fix my information on my profile

I notice some of you have your surgery date and goals, I have no clue how to fix TIA

To add your surgery date and surgeon click the * in the upper right hand corner, Medical History and add your information. Be sure and check the box to set them as primary otherwise it won't show.

Primary:
This is my primary procedure
(This will be your default surgery with respect to your privacy settings; you can only set one surgery as your primary. Selecting this option will enable your surgeon's name and surgery date to show on your profile and message board postings.)
