Life is looking good
The scale is moving again. I am happy. I have reached my goal that was set by my family Dr. when I was doing WW. Today I am 1 lb below that and I know I can now go below that. My next goal is to get down 15 lbs below that old WW goal. Once get to that I will decide if I want to get below that. Seems like I drop a few pounds pretty fast then I stop and it takes awhile to start again..but in the end it continues as long as I keep with it.
One another note, we just signed a contract to build a new home. It will be about 6-7 months before it should be ready. I can't wait.
Below is a pic of what our new home will look like and also a pic of me about 4 years ago when I hit that WW goal!
That's great. You sound so happy.
You describe your weight loss as what many call a "stair step pattern." You don't lose for a while, lose a bunch, don't lose for a while, etc. It's really common.
Stick with it, you're doing great.

Great Job! Yes, the further out you get, the less consistent the weight loss. It will happen though. Nice house too... very exciting.
