Blue Apron and gastric bypass

Does anyone else on this site subscribe to Blue Apron? We love the food and the convenience of Blue Apron. My only concern is the calorie count. A total portion of the meal is 600-700 calories. I think I am alright because I am only eating a 1/4 to a 1/2 depending on the meal. I would say the only down fall is at least one meal has rice and I am trying to stay away from that.

I looked at their menu and honestly,  it looks too carby to me. There is a pizza on there.  Do you track your carb and protein intake?  you could measure and log in a tracking app to be sure. I personally wouldn't eat from there,  but that's really not my thing anyway. I enjoy shopping in the store for my ingredients and planning my own meals.  I guess that makes me pretty biased. Over all the food looks pretty healthy for someone who isn't post wls.

I am two weeks shy of my 3-year anniversary and I do happen to subscribe to Blue Apron.  The family plan of 2 meals for 4 people works well for myself and my partner -- we each eat 1 of 4 portions and the other two become lunches the next day or two.  I don't track carbs or anything like that and their 600-calorie portions are something that integrates well into my dietary and exercise habits.
