Hi Chris,

 

I did what you do back when I was doing Weigh****chers reading labels and figuring points to see if the food was low in points. I don't do it so much now since I am an R&Yer. One thing I did learn from weigh****chers is that really the isles are not where are going to find the healthiest of foods. It will be the area that you can circle around the whole store! That will be your meat, dairy and veggie areas!!! Try not to wonder up and down those Isles so many of them have nothing to offer us!
