You will likely lose a lot of weight by April.  I was at about 270 when I had my surgery, and after 3 months I had lost about 60 pounds, so depending on how much you have to lose and how you are feeling, you can expect to lose at least 40 to 50lbs at the minimum.

Congrats on the surgery date and congrats on the upcoming nuptials.

Congratulations on the surgery date. It sounds like you are off to a crazy wonder-filled year. No matter how much you have wanted the surgery everyone gets a little scared and starts thinking of a million questions you didn't have before. You probably will loose quite a bit of weight by April. Just try to be flexible and enjoy the great new you.

This sounds great - plus in 3 months most people are back to feeling good.
