candy cane roux syndrome (CCRS)?

I am 12 years out as of yesterday. I have been having a lot of bloating, burping and intermittent upper abdominal tenderness and swelling along with early "fullness". After RNY, went from size 18-20 down to 4 and over the years and 2 kids, gradually went up to 10. Now during last 2 years, began having increased restriction again along with above symptoms, dropping 50 lbs and down to size 0-2. Abd u/s ok, hida scan ok. Had EGD yesterday which showed some gastritis, small hiatal hernia and this "candy-cane syndrome", though in my case, not just candy cane appearance but more like upside-down "U" which can allow food to follow the redundant roux limb and just sit there until fills and spills over into "normal" intestinal path.

Anyone else dealing with this?
