How often do you weigh yourself?
Daily. Unless it's the holidays in which I avoided the scale for three weeks
I enter my weight in My Fitness Pal, along with what I eat. If seeing normal variations will cause you stress or depression, then don't weigh yourself daily. If you can recognize and accept that fluctuations will occur, then daily can be helpful.
