What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

I work nights..... I am a newbie, just four weeks out today. I have been planning everything from midnight to midnight......everything I eat or drink count for the entire 24 hours; 0001 starts a new count. It seems to be working so far....I am over 27lb down and went back to working in a busy ED exactly one week post op. Later on I may need to change the way I count, but why fix what isnt broke?

I work nights but I am up 19-20 hours a day so no one should copy me

DH called at about 3 and said he had to fly out to Des Moines.  So dinner plans changed some I had to pick the baby up from daycare. I ordered from a pizza place,  got a chicken ceasar salad, measured everything out.  My totals have changed:

Cal 821 Protien 72 Carb 32 fat 45. 

Very tasty.  Stay strong tonight guys,  the evening snacking is my weakness. I'm sticking tohalf a protein bar!
