CREAM OF CARBS!!  LOL!  I used to stir chocolate chips, sugar, whole milk and brown sugar into mine!  Now I love it with chocolate protein powder and a little SF Almond Syrup.

I am getting nothing done this week, because all I am thinking about is Plastic Surgery and making a decision. Down to Dr.s Capella and Michaels. Each has there little differences. Ack! Decisions! and thank you DCgirl for all the help.

On a Scale Victory note, When I weighed myself this morning I dropped again...which makes me the lowest weight I've been in my adult life and 4lbs away from my first goal of being a 'normal' body fat percentage. (based on body fat testing not BMI) I make that disclaimer just because if you look at my ticker I will still be overweight. I usually wait until I see the same number 2 days - but this is a big one!

B: Unjury chocolate protein drink (bought some samples)

S: greek yogurt

L: Ham and provolone, salad

S; ? Kind bar maybe

D: Wedding soup made with turkey meatballs

S: Premier hot chocolate, whipped cream

I rarely actually eat 6 times, but like to plan it just in case it is a hungry pouch day :)

E: 21 day fix - Pilates Day - Done!

Hi everyone!  Kristin, glad you are feeling good again!  Being sick sucks.  I had a little cold in Scotland but it was manageable.  I am so much healthier being so much healthier.  Duh.

I am having such an OH week - talking to NYMom about Dr. Michaels, meeting Grim Traveler next week for lunch when he passes through DC, meeting Nikke in Vegas next month, g chatting with Breathemusic who is 4 weeks post-plastics with my doc and it's her birthday today!  I also am celebrating that my mom's cancer scans yesterday were clear, and it's the two year mark, so while she is not out of the woods, this is a major milestone.  I could not be happier.

Time Since Surgery: 2 years, 1 month

B: Iced coffee with half and half, 2 AmyLu chicken sausage

L: The guy I am dating is coming over for lunch and I made him his favorite salad that he tried at my friend's on Christmas Eve.  It's kale, whole wheat orzo, grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, capers, toasted pine nuts, and Garlic Expressions vinaigrette, with some parmesan cheese.  Delicious.

S: TBD

D: Out again tonight. I am craving shrimp so I will suggest seafood.

E: SolidCore this morning.  This 50 minute class is SO intense.  I love it but today seemed extra hard.  I am working out hardcore the next few days before Tuesday's dexa scan (my first since plastics) - dying to know what my body fat vs. lean muscle mass is!

Have a great day, all!  Em

I'm so glad you are feeling better.  Did you have the flu?  That's the worst.

Hubby's surgery is tomorrow.  Today I'm on a quest to find the cheapest boxes I can use to mail some clothes I sold on eBay because they are too big.  Beginning to sell them was a big deal - like I had this fear somehow that I would need them again.  I am currently around a 16 or 18, so I'm selling the size 24 and 26 stuff.  Baby steps I guess.

Time since surgery: 13 years, or 6 months since revision

B: Protein Coffee

S: Light Greek Yogurt

L: String cheese and two hard boiled eggs (Yesterday they exploded in the microwave, so today I'll be more careful - I don't like them cold)

S: Hummus and cucumbers, Chai Latte (from tea bags, not that syrup junk)

D: Not sure yet. Maybe takeout salad.

S: Tea and brownie brittle

Totals (sans dinner): 764 Cals, 59g protein, 57g carbs, 30g fat

HW: 417 | 2003 RNY: 138 loss | 2015 Revision SW: 279

Interesting about your HB eggs.  Mine have to be cold; there's nothing grosser to me than warm egg salad.  LOL

Glad you're feeling good enough to post, Kristen!  Hope you and the kiddo continue to feel better.  Staying home, cuddling and watching cartoon network sounds like a perfect day to me (minus the fever and nausea of course!)

My menu is a mash up of leftovers.  I have lots of choices with me, so I'll eat whatever sounds good at the appropriate meal time.  Here's my plan (definitely subject to change)

B: Turkey and cheese (my spinach was beyond wilted when I was cooking and just decided to omit it); Sugar free vanilla latte

L: Left over chicken bowl (it was the plan for yesterday, but the work lunch was ok and I left it in the fridge) if it's not too funky.

D: Tri Tip and peas

S: Light and fit and PB and/or somersaults and/or Angry chicken

Totals: 1068 (bit high.  I'd prefer them under 1000 but it was cold and coffee sounded good);  Protein: 106g; Fat: 47g; carbs: 51g (a bit high since I'm trying to shed some pounds so that number may influence my snack choices.

Exercise tonight will be kickboxing for 1 hour

Have a great day and welcome back, AV!

I have been running like a chicken all week interviewing for home care nursing jobs. Thankfully I landed 2 had to turn one down and am pretty sad about it, was a really nice place but too far to drive in winter weather. So I am changing to NIGHTS next week. If any of you work nights could you possibly give me some tips on how you eat and get your vitamins and stuff in. I tried working days and it just is not for me. I have always worked nights but ate whatever I could shove in my pie hole. BAD HABIT

Gosh, there is a Trader Joes in Syracuse. I am sure AV has been there and I am glad you are ok. I bought some stuff from there to try. They have 1 lb of ground turkey for $2.99 and some incredible frozen high protein no carb items. I bought some veggie meatballs and also a turkey meatloaf. It just looked good.

I have to start remembering that I am shopping for ONE and not the family. I have already loaded my freezer. Eating on the run today alot to do!! BTW the scale is moving again for me and clothes that I bought 3 weeks ago are falling off me. Anyone have size 12s they want to get rid off LOL.

Breakfast Egg Puff

Lunch Ricotta Bake

Dinner Steak and mushrooms (I think)

Snacks Oikos Zero Salted Carmel and if needed protein hot cocoa

I actually haven't been to Trader Joes!  Every time I drive by there, the lot is super crowded and I just don't wanna.

Congrats on the new job!
