What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Yep! I think I dubbed it that because I felt AV deserved the eternal nod for that recipe
Thanks for starting the thread. I too hope AV is OK. I went to look for the thread this morning and was so confused. Was it the weekend? A holiday I forgot? Did I get lost in some alternate universe? Was my computer broken? I really appreciate this thread. Even if I don't post it's always so nice to see the posts from others.
I'm super distracted today. My husband, who's somewhat disabled (but still works), fell down the stairs a month ago and sprained his ankle. We went for a follow-up appointment yesterday and we learned that he's going to need surgery, and they want to do it this week. The scheduled it for Friday (our 4th anniversary). I'm really worried about him, and this is making it hard to concentrate today.

I live in Syracuse like AV does. We are suppose to get up to 20 inches of snow tnt/tmw. I hope that they are not busting her butt at work thinking that she wont make it in tmw.
I feel like I am going on a goose chase to find some items that you all list. IE somersaults, thin addictives, marys crackers and 34 degree crackers
Breakfast 2 egg puffs
Lunch Spicy black bean burger velveeta cheese slice and egg
Dinner chicken w. blue cheese crumbles and a little BBQ sauce
Snack if needed I bought a couple greek mouse yougurts will try one
Have a great day!! I finally got the scale to move downwards!! I thank you all because I really did not know what the heck to put in my pie hole!!
The thin addictives are sooooo good. I have a couple of boxes. Just be careful, because they are crackers. They are not sugar free or low carb. I am eating them less because I'm finding that they don't give me the bang for my buck. At 5 months post surgery I'm able to eat more, and I'm carefully counting my calories as I can see them creeping up.
Mary's Gone crackers are awesome too. Not as dangerous for me though.
